COLOUR	Bright golden color, clear with light green reflections.

CUISINE	Roasted fish, seafood, white meat and light white sauces. Accompanies wonderfully cheese pies and especially white and soft cheese.

Fermentation takes place in new 220 Lt oak barrels, giving special character to the wine. The final stage lasts approximately six months in barrels.
